Making a will is an essential task for all and an important duty to carry out. This is in order to allow those left behind to continue their grieving in peace. However it is not an easy function. There are many laws that come in play and taxation which will affect the inheritance.
As a Muslim, we want our Last Will to follow the Islamic law but it also has to be valid under the UK law.
- What does an Islamic will involve?
- What does the UK law allow and does not allow?
- What about taxation on a deceased’s estate?
- Is there a way to make a will valid under the Islamic and the UK law?
Yes there is!
The Muslim Association of Britain presents its workshop to give you the keys to plan your Inheritance fitting both the Islamic and the UK law.
Come and learn the basics, and see how the tax laws affect you and your estate.
